Treon Flow
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Treon Flow?
Treon Flow is a cloud-based prescriptive maintenance solution that helps industrial companies monitor asset performance, detect anomalies, and prevent downtime using self-learning AI algorithms. It is designed to operate reliably at scale without adding complexity to your IT environment.
Is Treon Flow fully managed by Treon?
Yes. Treon Flow is fully managed by Treon and delivered as a SaaS solution. Treon oversees all cloud operations, availability, performance, and security—so you can focus on optimizing operational performance, not running IT infrastructure.
Where is Treon Flow hosted?
Treon Flow runs on secure Amazon AWS infrastructure, using well-established cloud best practices for uptime, reliability, and data protection.
Who owns the data?
With Treon Flow, you own the data. Treon ensures strict data privacy and never accesses or uses customer data without authorization.
How does Treon ensure data security?
Treon Flow uses enterprise-grade security controls and AWS-native protections. All data is securely stored, encrypted, automatically backed up, and safeguarded using industry-standard cloud practices.
Does Treon Flow require integration with my existing IT systems?
No. Treon Flow is a stand-alone predictive maintenance solution, it implements the whole end-to-end predictive maintenance process from alert to reporting. Treon Flow is designed so that IT integration is optional. It runs independently as a secure cloud service managed by Treon. If integration is needed (e.g., ERP, MES, CMMS), it can be added flexibly—on your terms.
What level of IT effort is required to maintain the system?
Since Treon handles hosting, security, performance, updates, and backups, your team does not have to maintain servers, databases, or application infrastructure.
How scalable is Treon Flow?
Whether you monitor a handful of assets or thousands, Treon Flow can scale seamlessly without requiring upgrades or additional resources.
