High-resolution vibration measurement

The sensor measures triaxial vibration up to 6.3 kHz, capturing detailed machine behavior and enabling advanced diagnostics and root-cause analysis.

Integrated vibration and temperature sensing

A built-in 3-axis accelerometer and temperature sensor monitor key indicators of equipment health in rotating machinery such as pumps, compressors, and motors.

Edge analytics for faster insights

Onboard signal processing calculates key vibration metrics such as:

  • RMS
  • Peak values
  • Kurtosis
  • Crest factor

 

FFT analysis and waveform data can also be generated when deeper analysis is required.

Wireless mesh connectivity

The device communicates through a Wirepas mesh network, sending data either directly or through other nodes to a gateway and onward to the cloud.

Industrial-grade design

The IP67-rated enclosure and durable materials allow the sensor to operate reliably in harsh industrial environments, including temperatures down to –40°C.
