Vibration and magnetic field monitoring

The sensor captures tri-axial vibration data up to 6.3 kHz, enabling detailed analysis of machine behavior and early detection of mechanical issues such as imbalance, misalignment, or bearing wear. Additionally, a built-in triaxial magnetometer measures magnetic field changes, enabling electric motor diagnostics and detection of electrical faults.

Advanced edge analytics

The device performs onboard signal processing to calculate key condition monitoring metrics, including:

  • RMS
  • Peak and peak-to-peak values
  • FFT analysis
  • Waveform data

These insights can be used for both quick condition checks and deeper root-cause diagnostics.
